We would like to build a facility equivalent to Girl’s Inc. but for boys. A facility that would serve as a recreation center and a hub that would help inspire young men as well as transform boys to men.
We are waiting for monies to be allocated so that we can build a structure to house the “Boys 2 Men” project.

Our proposal will improve the quality of life in Omaha because it cultivate our young men to be responsible stewards of our communities. Our programs will teach them to be great decision makers, protectors of the communities and better husbands, fathers and leaders.
Our proposal meets the sustainable community needs in that we will provide leadership training, education and community importance to the young men in north and south Omaha.

Building the structure that will house this facility will require us to form partnerships. Merchants in North and South Omaha will always be given a priority.
We will provide programs that will produce, well rounded leaders. Our programs will be innovative and exciting events that will educate and entertain the young men of Omaha. Our events are exciting and will give young men something to look forward to. Our events will improve lives and bring our yyoung participants joy.
Our events will help to create leaders and young men that can control their emotions, make rational decisions, and execute great idea’s. Our facility will have a garden that is used to teach the boys about farming but also about food in general and how it affects us. We will show the boys how to take the harvest and make nutritious meals as well.
This concept of teaching men on how to be well rounded leaders in the community has never been done or tested. The time is now to change our trajectory.
We would be able to measure, improved education, we will be able to track job creation and innovative contribution. We can even measure who attends our classes and facilities and if they implemented what will be recommended. Lastly, we will be able to track the decline in crime in Omaha and surrounding areas.
