In 1995 after hearing the doctor say you have a chronic illness which there is no known cure and we don't know what causes it, Esther Easter set out on a journey which has brought her here. Esther began studying her body looking into functional ways to bring balance back using the mental, physical, spiritual, and nutritional. She is Certified Gut Practitioner, Health Coach, Certificate in Plant Base Nutrition, Savory & Pastry Chef, with over 35 years in the industry. 10 years are working in high school and university all vegetarian plant base facility. Her approach is Holistic Bio-Identity utilizing FUNctional Wellness marrying the mental, physical, spiritual and nutritional to bring back the balance in the body. Working as a pastry chef Ms. Easter developed an intolerance to gluten. Under the Wake Up To Wellness Today banner, Esther has developed a line of Gluten free products under Esther Easter’s Treats. She has acquired a distributor for her product asking, “when can we get them to market.” Ms. Easter has had the privilege to prepare receptions and dinners for Al Scharpton, Adam Clayton Powell IV, Magic Johnson Family, CeCe Winans, Babbie Mason, Marvin Sapp, Smokie Norful, Tamela Mann and Judge Mathis. Looking outside of herself, Ms. Easter has lead support groups, became certified teaching classes and individuals how to manage chronic illness, spoke at corporate brown bag lunches, medical conventions and sat on panels concerning chronic illness. The desire is to help individuals and families develop a healthy lifestyle through classes and hands on education. In addition, providing jobs through the manufacturing of EETS in North Omaha. One of Ms. Easter slogans “One Way Journey, No U-Turns!” Finalist in Dessert computation Pastry Art & Design 2007. Finalist Neiman Marcus Chicago Chocolate Computation 2008.
