The North Omaha community needs to update business and technology infrastructures to develop and maintain a healthy economic environment within the community, including keeping pace with the rest of the Omaha community. In realizing these needs the multi-purpose business park will create living wage jobs, provide a source or training, provided needed services that people need in the Fort area that are lacking at present. Also in changing the aesthetics of the community will have positive psychological impacts upon the community that will also be long lasting and transformational.
